30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your Nuvella Cloud Throw. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return
Email support@kindovahome.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Original packaging is not required, but the item should be clean and unused if you're returning it (rather than exchanging a defective item).

Refund Timing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please note it may take an additional few days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@kindovahome.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations
Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection, or returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund. Reach out to us regardless — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
